1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NuZones mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. User Safety & Assumption of Risk
NuZones encourages outdoor exploration and cycling. By using this app, you acknowledge that:
- Cycling and outdoor exploration involve inherent risks of injury or property damage.
- You are responsible for your own safety and must follow local traffic laws and trail regulations.
- NuZones is not liable for any injuries sustained while searching for QR tags or navigating trails.
3. Subscription & Payments
Our "Adventurer" and "Trail Club" tiers are billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable unless required by local law.
4. Use of the App (Offline Navigation)
While NuZones provides offline navigation features, we recommend that users carry a physical map and adequate supplies when venturing into remote areas. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of GPS coordinates in areas with heavy tree cover or deep valleys.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including the "Ride. Explore. Conquer." tagline, logo, and the placement of QR tag networks, is the exclusive property of NuZones. Users may not replicate our trail networks for commercial purposes without written consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not tamper with, move, or destroy physical QR tags hidden on the trail network. Any user found sabotaging the experience for others will have their account permanently banned.
